b) Merchant Error: In the event that we have made an error with your order, such as sending the wrong item, size, or color, you are eligible for a return within the specified 30-day period. -

- Carefully package the item, preferably in its original packaging, and ensure it is well protected for transit. -

- Drop off the package at the nearest shipping carrier location, or schedule a pick-up at your convenience. -
